Product Description
Rat pancreatic elastase
Chromatographically prepared from the euglobin fraction of pancreas by the method of Lewis et al. (1) then twice crystallized. Supplied as salt free lyophilized powder. The protein is stable 9-12 months when stored at 5 C and does not contain trypsin or chymotrypsin. 95 percent pure by SDS-PAGE. Reconstitute with 0.05M Na Acetate 0.2M NaCl pH 5.0 to 1 mg/ml or desired concentration, aliquot and freeze remaining portion.
