Anti-Human Niban (C) Rabbit IgG

This antibody has been raiseg against a synthetic peptide of the C terminus of human Niban (EGEGGQESFPELPSEE).

Niban has been cloned from cell lines derived from Eker rats by AFLP-Differential Display method as a novel gene, which is increased in the early stage of renal carcinogenesis. Later, it has been shown that Niban protein is expressed in various cancer tissues including thyroid cancer. Research in recent years identified Niban to be an ER stress-induc
