Human FLt3? protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1: 2,000 of Anti-Human FLt3 Serum.? Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM; Lane 2: 0.25 ug f non glycosylated rHuman Follistatin protein produced in a prokaryotic expression system. Lane 3: 0.25 ug of? rH Flt3-ligand produced in the endosperm tissue of barley grain.? Lane 4: 0.5 ug of glycosylated isoforms of rH FLt3 produced in an eukaryotic expression system.
