Cyanide Orange? is sold dry and is simply reconstituted by adding water/MeOH and/or buffer. One vial of our cyanide probe will typically allow for 10 cyanide measurements to be undertaken, when further diluted into 3 cm

volumes within a cuvette. 50 ?L of water/MeOH and/or buffer is typically added to each dry vial. Subsequently, 5 ?L aliquots diluted to 3 cm
3
, typically give an optimum OD of < 0.3.
For optimum performance, probe vials should be stored at -2 to -8 C when not being used. Probe solutions should be used after dilution.
