Application:
- Isothermal DNA amplification by the method of:
· loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP)
· whole genome amplification (WGA)
· ramification amplification (RAM)
- Random-primed DNA labeling
- Labeling by fill-in 5'-overhangs of dsDNA
