Description:
Human mammary epithelial cells from an adult male donor. Resected mammary tissue was enzymatically dissociated and the epithelial cells were isolated by differential centrifugation. The epithelial cells are cryopreserved at low passage (P3) and retain both luminal and basal cell types in a mixed epithelial population. The mammary epithelial cells can be passaged more than 4 times in Axol Mammary Epithelial Cell Culture Medium.?
All Axol Primary Cells are screened and confirmed negative for human viruses including HIV and Hepatitis.?
