Description:
This liquid Assay Medium is optimized for use with the PD-1 cell-based assay using the BPS Bioscience’s PD-1/NFAT Reporter-Jurkat cell line (Cat #60535).




Supplied As:
Sterile filtered (0.2 ?m) and Mycoplasma-free




Formulation:
RPMI1640 medium supplemented with 10% Fetal bovine serum (FBS), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from BSE-free regions.

This medium is shipped on gel packs. Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not freeze. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
