Human Follistatin protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:1,000 of Anti-Human Follistatin Serum.? Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM; Lane 2: 0.25 ug f non glycosylated rHuman Follistatin protein produced in a prokaryotic expression system. Lane 3: 0.25 ug? of glycosylated isoforms of rH Follistatin produced in an eukaryotic expression system.
