Human IL12p40 protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:10,000 of Anti-Human IL12p40 Serum. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1 : MWM; Lane 2: 0.25 ug of glycosylated isoforms of rHuman IL-12p40 produced in an eukaryotic expression system. Lane 3: 0.25 ug? of non glycosylated rHuman IL-12p40 protein produced in a prokaryotic expression system.
