Human sRANKL? protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:4,000 of Anti-Human sRANKL serum. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM (kDa); Lane 2: 0.5 ug of glycosylated isoforms of rHuman sRANKL protein produced in an eukaryotic expression system. Lane 3: 0.1 ug of non glycosylated? rHuman sRANKL protein produced in a prokaryotic expression system.
