10C2-9 recognizes human IgG and IgG from the following monkeys: Rhesus, Cynomolgus, African Green and Baboon. Partial reactivity is observed with Squirrel Monkey IgG, none with IgG from Capuchin monkey. No reactivity is observed with monkey IgM or IgA. Direct

using recombinant monkey IgG isotypes indicated reactivity with IgG1, IgG3 and IgG4.
