Bsu DNA Polymerase:
5,000 U/ml in 10 mM Tris-HCl, 50 mM KCl, 1.0 mM Dithiothreitol, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.1% Triton X-100, 50% Glycerol, pH 7.5 @ 25°C

10X Reaction Buffer
: 500 mM NaCl, 100 mM Tris-HCl, 100 mM MgCl2, 10 mM DTT pH 7.9 @ 25°C
