Poly(A) Polymerase:
5,000 U/ml in 20 mM Tris-HCl, 300 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, 1 mM EDTA, 50% Glycerol, 0.1% Triton? X-100, pH 7.5 @ 25°C

10X Reaction Buffer
: 500 mM Tris-HCl, 2.5 M NaCl, 100 mM MgCl2, pH 7.9 @ 25°C
