1–10% at 6–36 hours post infection.

Tni Pro cells (Fig. 1) were infected with a recombinant baculovirus at an MOI of 1. PBA was added at 1% of the culture volume 18 hours post infection. Sf9 cells (Fig. 2) were infected at an MOI of 0.02. PBA was added at 1% or 5% of the culture volume 36 hours post infection.
